E Books As Your Best Asset

(category: Ebooks, Word count: 505)
Share this article on: Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp

Thinking of starting a business online? Not sure what type of product to sell or to promote? Well, I was just reading an amazing E-book that shared some very simple concepts that anyone can implement, and they start with having one thing, an E-book.

Information is constantly being distributed and passed around for free on the internet. One can read free internet articles on how to trade stocks, or how to improve your golf swing, but those articles don't always give you a step by step guide to learn all the tricks. People are now relying on information that will help guide them in doing a highly specialized trade, like trading stocks, repairing vintage automobiles, or losing weight. There are many paper books available that will teach people how to do these things, but much of the time, people are going to the internet to find solutions and find current information on specialized trades.

Let's look at some reasons why an E-book can be a great asset:

1.An E-book is digital, and can be kept online at a website, not at a warehouse.

2.It can only be downloaded from a website 24/7 and as it is totally secure, it cannot be passed around the internet as a free un-secure article.

3.One has to buy an E-book to read it. It can only be read after it is paid for.

4.Once an E-book is created an E-book, it is forever available.

5.After writing the E-book, the work is done, and it can constantly make money for you. Of course, the more it is kept updated, and the more E-books one has, the more profit potential there is.

6.When an E-book is sold, the customer does not have to wait for it. It's delivered to them instantly, and they can conveniently store it on their computer or laptop, so it is available to them more easily.

7.Paper Books take about a year to get published and cost a lot of money in printing, postage and handling. E-books have no publishing cost, and can be delivered through the internet saving time and money on postage and handling.

8.There are very simple and sophisticated internet marketing tools to drive traffic to ones website for people to buy the E-books.

9.E-books can always be revised and kept updated as fast as one can create new content. This makes E-books more current than a normal paperback.

10. An E-book can be bought forever. This gives it an unlimited profit potential.

So, think about spending some extra time and compile a 30-100 page E-book, that is high quality, and gives the customer great value. The time spent doing this can create a steady income stream forever. When we start thinking about moving our mindset from trading our time for money, to having our assets work for us, we start to shift from having to always work for our money, to letting our E-books work for us.

The Rich Jerk The Right Jerk

(category: Ebooks, Word count: 761)
Share this article on: Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp

From an anonymous career of internet marketing success, the Rich Jerk has built an affiliate marketing empire, based entirely around the sales and promotion of the all powerful Rich Jerk E-Book.

He has revolutionized the "make tons of quick money on the internet" scene with such marvelously orchestrated precision, that his ebook sales are pushing the Rich Jerk to new horizons of mass wealth, throwing himself into the world of the wealthy and privileged.

Although it hasn't been a ruff road for the Rich Jerk recently, there are some key elements he has developed that directly lead to his powerful presence and success on the web.

In terms of marketing, his approach to "selling" his e-book can teach all but the most experienced internet marketing guru's a great deal about how people will react to his sometimes "rude and crude" sales pitch approach.

Listen Closely

1) The Rich Jerk, either by his own incredible design, or by sheer luck, has waited to unveil his "internet marketing secrets" until the most precise moment, when he knew a "hostile take over" would be more than simple enough.

2) From its arrival on the web, the Rich Jerk has had tens of hundreds of super-affiliates promoting his e-book, seemingly saturating the internet market quickly. But the buzz surrounding the richjerk program through powerful articles, like the one seen in Yahoo news, created such a strong sense of credibility to prospective entrepreneurs to purchase the popular ebook, that it seems the sky is the limit for the profits the Rich Jerk can pull.

3) He seems to attack you, saying "i'm better than you", flashing cars, yachts, and luxury homes, forcing you to visualize what you will do with the money you make from purchasing his ebook. Even though you've heard all the promises before, he still gets you thinking.

4) After throwing jealousy at you, the Rich Jerk begins to lay out about 15 or 20 listed ways that he specifically uses to make his money online. The kind of info that just really makes you feel like "this could work for me" or "he's so right, it seems clear now". He promises to teach you about his profitable web sites, and even create one for you, assuring you that it is too difficult to find what's making money and what isn't on your own.

5) He has filled his sales page with images of his bank statements, checks received, paypal account statements, and more. Driving home even further how rich he is, and how rich you aren't.

Then he goes for the jugular...

6) "I just bought two more cars and another mansion....did you?" -the Rich Jerk

.....did you?

"Well, if you are not convinced, I don't give a s#@%*. Go ahead and keep making your measly couple of grand every month, or whatever pathetic amount you make. When you are fed up, you'll be back."- the Rich Jerk

Ouch, that kind of hurts......and then he has you.

Its so in your face, derogatory, and offensive, that you are practically forced to the purchase page just so you can feel good about yourself. He has battered and abused your ego so badly, that he has sold you without out ever trying to. How can he call you a pathetic moron, tell you to leave if you don't like his attitude, and offer your measly money back, unless he is telling the truth?

He has been obnoxious and manipulative, not even breaking a sweat to get your hard earned $50.

And that is where the genius lies.

With that said, i'm still going to shell out the $49.95 and get my grip on a copy of the highly sought after rich jerk ebook. I'll study the material, determine if its all he's cracked it up to be, and then decide if its time to establish my own internet marketing offensive.

Here is the link to the Rich Jerk sales letter and web site, decide for yourself. Oh, but if you get offended easily, its in your best interest to avoid the web page, otherwise get ready to be attacked with a malicious grin.

The Rich Jerk

Wondering how i'm so positive the Rich Jerk is selling his ebook to make money online like they are going out of style, just check clickbank and see how long he has been the number one best selling affiliate program, competing against more than 10,000 other products. If that doesn't say he's selling, I don't know what does.

Writing An Ebook Learning Step By Step

(category: Ebooks, Word count: 469)
Share this article on: Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp

They say the best way to making money on the Internet, is to create your own Ebook. Wow! That's a simple statement, but - do you know what is involved. I'll try to explain what I have learned and I am learning while I'm creating my own Ebook.

Brainstorming

If you know what you want to create, you've already on your way. But, if you're not sure what information you have stored in your years of living - well, it can be difficult.

I've found the best way to brainstorm is to write your ideas, experiences and knowledge down on a piece of paper - then do research to determine what people are looking for on the net.

Research

To determine if your product, idea, or info-knowledge will fly you must do research. Go to Wordtracker or Overture and see how many times people in the month were looking for what you want to write about.

This will give you an idea if it is a viable product. Also do a straight search in Google and Yahoo for your keywords, and see what turns up. Investigate some of the sites, you may be surprised that you have a completely slant on the information you want to present in an E-book - which is a good thing.

Writing

If you think your ebook may fly, then it is time to write. Create it in html or a txt format, using Word or Notepad. Then download Gymnast - it's free (you can find it on my site - go to the tools sections, and look under Promote tool.

This will create your ebook. But - before you pull it into a PDF, be sure to proofread your material.

Next, you can create an Ebook cover. Yes, I know, you're on a tight budget, so . . .

look to OnlineWebCreations.com - they have some free ebook covers that you can choose from, and an on-line tool in which you can add the title of the book onto the Ebook cover.

If you don't find these free ebook covers to your liking then you can purchase software to create your own ebook cover or pay someone else to do it for you. Once you have your ebook completed, it is time to get it out to the masses.

I would suggest submitting your ebook to Clickbank or Payloadz. However, if this is your first ebook, I would strongly suggest that you give Payloadz a closer look. From my own research - it is reasonable, you upload your ebook to their server (which eliminates your need to make your ebook available to the customer), and the payment goes through your Paypal account.

As to promotion, I will leave that to you to research.

Every day millions of people worldwide search for answers to certain questions, search for various information that will help them make their lives better. It is the same need as the need for food. It means that if there is such a need, a person will satisfy it once it becomes possible. If you can answer some questions or know how to improve people's lives, why not take money for it? Actually, what is money? It is a form of gratitude from people for something useful they acquired. Once you do something useful for people - get gratitude in return.

What will people pay money for? For getting all the necessary information and answers to their questions here and now. They will not have to spend time on searching - everything they need will be offered in one information file. That is why when you create an information product, you should keep in mind that since a person uses a product, he or she must get all answers to all questions the solution for which the product offers.

It will be better if the product is focused on answering some big question. For example,

Follow These Simple Steps To Book Publishing Success

(category: Ebooks, Word count: 1128)
Share this article on: Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp

Let's begin with the process that should commence before you write your first word. Begin by reading A LOT. Read both books you passionately love and books you can't seem to make it past page five. Then figure out what the author did in the book you loved, and what was wrong with in the book you couldn't finish. Write down these points so they are crystal clear to you. Read other people's books for inspiration and to

discover what you should avoid as a writer.

The next step is to plan out your book. Narrow down your subject, and then divide it into chapters. Each chapter should address a specific aspect of the problem your book is going to solve. In each chapter, break the specific aspect down into several parts. This will help your readers take in your information a bit at a time instead of overwhelming them with every bit of information clogging up the pages until they feel like they're about to go blind. It's not quite spoon-feeding the information to your readers, but it's close.

The next two steps are obvious. Write your book and then revise it. And then revise it again. And perhaps again. Of course, writing is extremely hard, and writing a book can seem like an impossible task. There are many books out there that give you guidelines to help you become familiar - and even love - the process of writing and revision. Find a number of books about writing. Better yet, find a number of books about writing the specific type of book you aspire to write. These can serve as roadmaps on your writing journey.

Once you've written your book and revised it at least twice, show it to someone else whose opinion you respect. If you're lucky enough to know a good editor, see if you have something to barter for him or her to go through your manuscript. Or join a writing group and let the other members critique your work.

Then take all these ideas from other people, and revise your manuscript one last time. And then stop! Put down that pen! Get your hands off the keyboard!

One of the most important steps to actually producing a book is to know when to stop writing and tinkering with it.

You've finally written your book! Pop open the bubbly! Give yourself a night out on the town!

Okay, now that this necessary celebration is out of your system, what do you do next?

How to turn your book into Profits

Ebooks are a revolutionary way to publish your book without incurring the costs of print production. All you need is a relevant and targeted subject and some inexpensive software, and you can transform your manuscript into a book.

The problem, in terms of actually seeing any profits from your ebook, is that the market is overwhelmed with ebooks, and many of them are not worth the time it takes to download them. Just because the ability exists to easily produce an ebook, doesn't make it good writing.

Make sure your book does not simply rehash old material. You will injure your credibility as an author by claiming to offer valuable new insights and disappointing your audience with material they've read a zillion times before. So spend enough time writing and revising your book to make sure it's of the highest quality and presents the most current information. A good book will eventually sell itself; false claims about your book will make it extremely difficult to sell any future books you may write.

Assuming you have determined that you do indeed have a quality product that answers some question or need of your target audience with NEW information, how do you know how much to charge for it? Rule number 1: Set a price for your book equal to its value. An under-priced book will only give the impression that your book isn't worth very much.

To figure out a fair price, estimate how much time you put into creating it and how difficult it was to transform the necessary information into understandable and engaging writing. Figure out how much your time and effort is worth, and then price it accordingly. The goal is for you to be adequately compensated for your talent, your time, and your effort.

Once you've figured out a price that is high enough to convey the value of the book, but not so high as to be out of the reach of your target audience's mean budget, then it's time to offer it for sale on your website. To attract sales, you will need to develop a promotional campaign, particularly if you are an unknown author.

There are multitudes of books about self-promotion that will guide you in your efforts. Choose a plan that is both creative and professional. Learn how to write a catchy yet informative press release, and send copies of your ebook to sites that specialize in ebook reviews.

Learn how to write powerful sales copy, or hire someone to write it for you. This is an essential. You absolutely need excellent sales copy to sell your book. Make sure the copy includes all the reasons your target audience needs your book, and the benefits they will derive from buying it.

Use graphics in your promotional materials. Beautiful graphics have the power to instantly convey the quality and value of your ebook. Graphics can also convey the amount of valuable information the book contains, and your careful attention to detail. Professional graphics sell professional books. They reassure the customer that the product is what it claims to be.

Consider excerpting chapters for articles. You can offer these titbits for free on your website as a sort of demo of your book. Include an order form for your ebook at the end of the excerpted articles.

Finally, when you set-up your download link, make sure to simplify the process. It's a good idea to offer a few bonuses that make your book even more enticing to purchase, but make sure the bonuses are valuable and high quality. Too many bonuses that are basically a load of useless stuff will compromise the impression your audience has of your ebook. The goal is to convey to your audience that they are getting a quality product for a good deal. That means applying restraint, especially when it comes to adding bonus items. Too much free stuff offered diminishes your credibility.

Make sure your book is a quality product. Make sure it is relevant and current. Develop an effective marketing plan that includes excellent sales copy and excerpted articles. Then offer your book for sale, and wait for your audience to discover you!

E Books With Resell Rights

(category: Ebooks, Word count: 511)
Share this article on: Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp

This is a tough one. Most of the marketers overlook it. Why? Probably because it does require money. Second, probably because it does require a web site and some web storage somewhere on a server. But this is a great method of advertising and getting traffic to your web site or affiliate links.

How it works:

( for now, this is only a summary of what you could do with these e-books)

1. Buy an e-book with resell rights

What that means is that you can store it and sell it from your web site for any price above the specified X price in the reseller rights information of the e-book - yes, the author can sue you if you don't respect his conditions, after all, that's HIS/HER WORK and not yours

2. If you have ' GIVE AWAY" rights for it, DO IT

It is a freebie for your website visitors after all, and he may come back for more!

3. If you don't have the right to give it away, don't do it!

4. If the rights say that you can give it away as a site membership freebie, then charge a small site membership fee and give the e-book away

5. If the rights specify that you can offer it as a bonus when a customer buys any other product from you, offer it as a bonus!

You are going to say: " Hey, why would I want to give it away for free? I paid money for this e-book!"

And I would say : "So what?"

Cause here is the deal:

- You want your first time visitor to come back your site for more and more and more ...

- You want your site members to be happy with their $2/month membership

- Most important: Some of these e-books come with a rebranding option, meaning that all the referral links INSIDE the e-book will be yours at the point when you rebrand the book ( similar to Viral Marketing - click here)

Example:

Let's say you buy an e-book called "Weight Loss 101 " ( maybe it even exists); at a first brainstorm, what could you have in a book like that? I would say:

- Weight Loss Pills

- Weight Loss by Dieting

- Weight Loss by Exercising

- Weight Loss with Patches

- Weight Loss with Whatever Else

Now, there are a lot of websites that the author could like for every method described in his e-book. Heck, what am I saying? He could probably link every WORD of his e-books to a web site with related products - if he wanted to.

If every link is your referral link, what do you think it is going to happen?

Any not-that-thin customer that downloaded the FREE "Weight Loss 101? e-book will click at least one link in that ebook because he is interested in this type of products. That's why he downloaded it in the first place.

Now you figure out the rest!

Cha - Ching! Cha-Ching!

Watch Out When Buying E Books With Reprint Rights

(category: Ebooks, Word count: 836)
Share this article on: Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp

If you're an entrepreneur looking for a product to sell, I bet you've considered buying an E-Book with reproduction rights, or maybe even a set of E-Books with reproduction rights.

For those of you not familiar with what an E-Book is, an E-Book is simply an electronic book (E-Book) that is transferred to you within an electronic file and you read it directly from your computer. The concept is great, and there are many great E-Books out there, however there are also many useless E-Books out there as well.

If you were to look at 10 advertisements offering E-Books with reproduction rights, it is very likely that most (probably 8 or more) of these offers have products that are either:

1) Severely out-of-date. In this popular scenario, the vendor will typically sell you an informational product that has been floating around the Internet for far too long. As a result, the information is typically out-of-date and worthless. Another common practice is to attach a new enticing title to old content and try to sell it as new material.

2) Hidden advertisements with very little actual content. This scenario is also very popular and is beginning to appear much more often. Here the vendor sells a new (or what looks to be new) informational product. There is usually a flashy title that seems like it would have a high degree of marketability. However, once you read through the content, you notice that the information is simply an advertisement directing you to other money making offers.

The typical marketing ploy that you will find associated with E-Books promises to sell you a collection of the hottest-selling E-Books with full reproduction rights that allow you to reproduce (copy) and resell the product. The term "reproduction rights" sounds very valuable to a beginning entrepreneur. The mere thought of having a ready-made product which you do not have to continuously purchase is very enticing. However, in many situations, this is just a ploy to get you to purchase the product. Why would you want reproduction and resale rights to out-dated material, or a big book of advertisements?

The real goal in Internet marketing is to make your customers happy. Why? First, it's the ethical thing to do, and second, because happy customers are repeat customers. To be successful in Internet marketing, you really need to have repeat customers that value your service and trust the quality of the products you offer. So don't promote anything that you don't have confidence in - make your customers happy and they will continue to buy from you, which will make you happy!

How Can You Find the "Good" E-Books?

Study the market and product carefully when buying E-Books (or any info course) for informational or resale purposes. If you're thinking about buying a particular E-Book, try going to Google and typing in the name of the E-Book, along with the author name and the word "forum". Then run your search.

Here's an example of what you could type into Google for your search:

"John's Excellent Car Tips" "John Smith" forum

You can also try these additional search strings:

"ever tried" or "ever used" or "anyone tried" or "anyone used"

Google will then return listings that match the above criteria. Many of these listings will be forums (one of your search words). These forums typically contain real users (not advertisers) discussing the product. This is great way to get unbiased feedback of a particular product. If the product is offering resell rights, you'll typically find the users discussing that as well. You can also use one of the additional search strings (like "ever tried") listed above. This will increase your chances of finding a forum question that is asking if anyone "ever tried" the product.

Keep in mind, there are some awesome E-Book publishers out there. In fact, I buy E-Books on all sorts of marketing topics on a weekly basis - and I have been doing so for years. If I don't know the author, I will use the same technique described above to research the author/product. However, you can run into someone that doesn't have much exposure but still has a great product, so you may not find out much about them in your research. But it is still very valuable to know that there isn't any negative information about them floating around the net.

Remember, E-Books can be some of the best learning tools if the information is up-to-date, accurate and useful. And there are many of these types of E-Books out there; you just need to do a little research to find them. Once you find an E-Book that has proved to be useful to you, inquire with the other on an arrangement to allow you to sell the E-Book to others. The author may very well have an affiliate program where you can advertise their E-Book and make a percentage of the profit on each sale.
